Getting Started
AllScience is an all-in-one research platform that lets you search 250 million+ scientific papers across 17 databases, write with AI-powered tools, manage citations, format manuscripts, publish your work, and sell books. It covers the entire research workflow from literature search to publication.
Yes. The free tier includes federated search across all 17 databases, basic research analysis, draft generation, a public portfolio page, and the ability to publish your work with a permanent link. No credit card is required. Paid plans start at $19.99/month for Pro.
Click "Sign In" in the top navigation, then select "Create Account." You can register with your email address or sign in with Google. Account creation takes about 30 seconds.
AllScience works in all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend the latest version of any major browser for the best experience.
Research
AllScience searches over 250 million papers across 17 academic databases simultaneously, including PubMed, arXiv, CORE, Europe PMC, DOAJ, and Semantic Scholar.
AllScience searches PubMed, PubMed Central, arXiv, CORE, Europe PMC, DOAJ, Semantic Scholar, CrossRef, OpenAlex, Unpaywall, and BASE. Results are deduplicated and ranked by relevance.
Yes. You can import references from BibTeX, RIS, and EndNote XML files. You can also import from Zotero and Mendeley libraries.
AllScience supports over 5,000 citation styles including APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, IEEE, Vancouver, and journal-specific formats. You can switch styles with one click.
Writing
The writing studio includes grammar and spell checking, style analysis, readability scoring, AI-powered rewriting and paraphrasing, structure suggestions, and a research assistant that can help draft sections with proper citations.
No. AllScience uses its own independent AI models trained specifically on scientific literature. Your data is never sent to OpenAI, Google, or any third-party AI service. Our AI never hallucinates citations because it only references papers that exist in our indexed databases.
The grammar checker uses AI models trained on academic writing to detect grammar errors, style inconsistencies, passive voice overuse, jargon, and readability issues. It provides real-time suggestions as you write.
Yes. Pro and higher plans include real-time co-editing, shared citation libraries, commenting, version history, and team workspaces. You can invite collaborators by email.
Publishing
Click "Publish" from any project in your writing studio. Your work gets a permanent link on AllScience that you can share publicly. Published work is discoverable through our Discover page and search.
Yes. The BellerBooks Bookstore lets you publish and sell nonfiction and science books. You set your own price and receive 70% royalties on every sale. Books are DRM-protected and delivered digitally.
Authors receive 70% of the sale price on all book sales through BellerBooks. Payments are processed monthly.
Yes. AllScience provides free ISBNs for books published through our bookstore. You can also use your own ISBN if you already have one.
Privacy & Security
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use secure cloud infrastructure with regular security audits. Your research data and manuscripts are private by default.
No. We do not sell, share, or provide your personal data or research content to any third party. Your data is used only to provide AllScience services to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. You can export your entire library, manuscripts, citations, and account data at any time. We support standard formats including BibTeX, RIS, PDF, DOCX, and LaTeX.
